Spent 2 and a half hours in the kitchen… just no easy way to make African food.. takes so long. Thank God i’ve got a blender, don’t know how peeps cooked without one back in the days. Anyways set to go for the week, I got Jollof Rice, Beef Stew, Beans Stew (Ewa!!) and Corned-Beef Egg Stew. Yummy!
